I'm on an amd gpu, I just change the in-game dynamic resolution to 100 % for min and max and with Lossless Scaling, I used frame generation X2 and went from 70 fps to 140 at max settings. Smooth like butter. 7800 xt and 5700x

Im only getting 60-70 fps in the open world v-sync off, GPU is @65% max, CPU @55% max with all cores @~55% i dont know why my GPU is so underwhelmed. 2022年12月3日 · I get around 70 fps on LOW without raytracing. Nothing I edit on the settings changes anything. Not even editing the .ini does improve performance. My 4090 is on 100% all the time even on low settings. CPU 50-60%. This is one of the poorest running games I ever saw (with the exception of games that didn't even start maybe).
