2023年11月3日 · 7314 and 7316 are both Unmanned System Operator MOS codes. 7314 are focused on group 5 UAS (MQ-9A) and 7316 are small UAS and tbh I'm not sure what they fly. I am a current 7314 and I'm going on 5 years now and so far I love it. Our MOS is relatively brand new especially since they split us from the small UAS marines.

But there is very little information about 7316 as it is a fairly new MOS. From what I've gathered you're more of an operator as a 7316 then a maintainer, 7314. But I could be wrong. I know someone personally on cherry point but he hasn’t said much about it. Said almost the same thing.
