Is 750cc too much for a beginner? - Motorcycle Forum
2006年3月28日 · There's only about 1% of the riders in the world that can tell the differences between the bikes just by riding them. I would say your friends read way too many sport bike mags and the R-6 or a 600 Ninja is far from a "wussy" bike. With common sense though a 600cc sport bike is a good bike for anyone who wants one.
First Bike - Alot of Interstate/Highway Riding..650cc...
2010年6月25日 · So I'm wondering if a 650/750 would be enough or if I would be O.K. getting a 900/1100 for my first bike. I have heard mixed reviews so far from other friends, but would like some advice on here as well. I have found tons of bikes on craigslist in my price range for each type of bike. I just know I love cruisers, so I'm getting one without a doubt.

1981 Yamaha Virago 750cc: Bike won't start (Electrical)
2015年4月9日 · Take off your air filter, spritz some in as you crank the bike. If it catches and starts, you've got a lack of fuel problem. As long as you keep spritzing the motor should continue to run. If it doesn't start on faux fuel, stick a screwdriver into the spark plug boot and hold it 1/4" from the plug as you or someone else cranks.
my bike's potential (honda shadow 750) - Motorcycle Forum
2009年4月20日 · If you have a bike in this category, mid-size cruiser, then remember its a cruiser, cruise on it. The Shadow has a 750 cc vee twin, you're not going to stay with your sports bike mates on it or any other mid-size cruiser. Mid-size cruisers' frame and suspension aren't designed for canyon running with the Ducatis and the Aprilias.
Any current bike similar to honda magna? | Motorcycle Forum
2012年5月2日 · My idea of a perfect motorcycle is around 750cc, shaft drive, 4 cylinder, water cooled, low seat (under 29 inch), modern hi tech looking, under 550 lbs, ABS brake. Honda magna 750 was the closest fit, but they discontinue it many years ago. Is there anything similar that is in current...
1994 Virago 535 - Motorcycle Forum
2008年6月17日 · Those sound like good deals on the VStars. Where/when did you get them. I live in the Cincinnati area and getting a 500 - 750 cc bike made after 1990 for less than $3000 is damn near impossible. That is based on my limited experience, my budget and what I have found in Craigslist. I am a complete newbie and don't know a lot of other resources.
Real world power differences? - Motorcycle Forum
2008年11月11日 · I would say yes there is a difference between a 750cc cruiser and an 1100 cc cruiser. I started on a 750 cc cruiser, Triumph Bonneville America. My husband still has his Harley Heritage Softail, 1300cc. While the 750 cc was perfectly adequate for commuting, pleasure rides, and so forth, the power difference with the Harley is quite noticeable.
First bike. What size is best for freeway riding?
2013年5月22日 · A 500 cc bike will more than meet your needs. It will run all day at 65 MPH but will be a reliable lower displacement bike that can give you 50 MPG or maybe a bit better. I own a 1981 CX500-C Honda that I rode to work for years at 55 MPH plus. At that time, the national speed limit was only 55 MPH.
