The NSL-7530 is a CdS photocell with a minimum of 6.7MΩ dark resistance, packaged in a flat lens TO-5 hermetic package. Advanced Photonix’s CdS Photocells are photoresistors measuring visible light from 400 to 700nm. Their resistance decreases as the light level increases with efficiency characteristics similar to the human eye.

The Silonex TO-5 series of photocells provide up to seven standard resistance ranges in CdS or CdSe materials. Notes: (1) derate linearly to zero at 75°C. (2) 5 sec. after removal of test light. (3) cells light adapted at 30 to 50 Ftc for 16 hrs minimum prior to electrical tests.
