
On 17 July 2002, the 756th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was constituted. On 27 September 2002, it was activated at Luke AFB, Arizona, and assigned to the 56th Maintenance Group. It provides direct support to the 56th Fighter Wing to meet its mission. The squadron supports F-16s to allow pilots to fly in multiple configurations, day or night.
