The 77s (alternatively spelled the Seventy Sevens, the 77's, or simply 77's) is an American rock band consisting of Michael Roe on vocals/guitar, Mark Harmon on bass guitar, and Bruce Spencer on drums.

American rock band from Sacramento, California. Originally formed as Scratch Band (2) in the late 70s, they changed their name to The 77s just prior to releasing their first album, Ping Pong Over the Abyss (a collection of Scratch Band songs written in the late 70s and early 80s).

The 77s is the third album by The 77s, released in 1987 on the Exit and Island Records labels. The album contains the band's biggest hit single to date, which was "The Lust, The Flesh, The Eyes and the Pride of Life."
