This page is dedicated to the 7th Grade Team. Here you will find the team’s calendar of events and a list of all Coaches and Parent Team Managers that support this squad. We believe these six individuals will work together to provide the structure and support necessary to grow each cheerleader’s skills and confidence.

2023年1月30日 · You need to train for specific cheer moves like jumps, motions, and tumbling, and for overall endurance, strength, and flexibility. To train for jumps, you need to do at least 30 straddle leg lifts on each leg.

Supporting 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Cheerleaders in the Sequoyah High School District Jr. Chiefs Cheer is an opportunity for middle school athletes to learn, grow and have fun while building their confidence on and off the field/mat!

2024年2月18日 · Even if my daughter hadn't made the 7th grade cheer squad, I'd still say that. I was nervous going in, mostly because of the crazy Cheer Mom stories I'd heard about people freaking out over their child's competition and pulling sneaky moves.

Dear Parents of Potential S.S.M.S. Cheerleaders, Students interested in trying out for 8th grade cheering in the future must be involved in the 7th grade cheer squad. We are aware that many 7th grade students are involved in other activities and our cheer squad sponsor, Mrs. Darlin, is sensitive to that.
