They are mainly allied with OTV. Due to this generation of members being the last generation, this gang will likely cease to exist once this generation moves on.

Because of beef between 800 and MOB, 051 tossed their alliance with STL.

In the year 1958 a group of African American youths from the Fuller Park community came together to fight back against racial issues they were dealing with from mostly white Irish gangs from the neighboring Canaryville neighborhood. These youths called themselves Egyptian Cobras just like the west side group.

Woodlawn became the neighborhood of intense gang activity on behalf of the Black P Stones as they grew from being just the small Blackstone Rangers group to an empire by the later 1960s. The Disciples became a permanent and would always have a hard-core element in Woodlawn.
