2012年6月12日 · 8000 km is 4960 miles Standard oil change interval for US Toyota vehicles is 5000 miles. 5000 km is 3100 miles. 3000 miles is Jiffy Lube recommended oil change interval. Check your owner's manual... I'm betting that it recommends service at 5000 miles or 8000km.

2006年10月27日 · If you continue driving without replacing the engine oil, and if the distance driven exceeds 8000 km (5000 miles), the light will come on after the ignition key is turned to the "ON" position. The light will remain on thereafter.

2023年1月22日 · Not sure about the previous owner, I've had the truck for about 3 years. I could inquire at the dealership, assuming they did services there. I am also thinking that the previous owner may have been misled into thinking that with synth oil, can go beyond the 8000 km mark for changes/servicing. Just a thought but who knows, not me...

2021年11月23日 · The 5or6 drain and fills were done when the truck had 110000 KM on it and I wanted as much clean oil in it without doing a flush, now I'm confident a drain and fill every 8000 KM is peanuts compared to what a transmission costs. Excessive,maybe but oil is cheep.

2023年5月19日 · My first car was a cavalier z24 and I changed the oil with anything from Walmart brand to Mobil 1, at 8000+ KM intervals and it had 350,000km when I sold it and it purred like a kitten! I agree with the above.
