2007年3月19日 · The head gasket doesn't need any kind of sealant, just make sure that the surfaces are clean and dry when you assemble. Same thing for the base. You could use some sealant on the base but only if the surface has issues. …

2009年2月24日 · The 1978-81 production YZ 100 models were simply not competitive and the best riders used the YZ 125 chassis with a 100cc cylinder. Personally raced and holeshotted the first moto on one of these at the amatuer national in Millville in 1980 placing 8th overall.

2011年9月6日 · 81 yz125 was watercooled, wont work. If the stroke is the same, and the cylinder gasket fits, you could have a really "peppy" 100 with the IT175 cylinder and pipe! It is certainly something that I would try. You can always store the 100 cylinder and pipe/carb, and put it back together later if you wanted.

Intakes are made from a polyurethane material that is very durable and has some stretch to it. Air boots and intake manifolds are molded from the same material. The intake manifolds will typically last 5 years on water cooled bikes, sometimes even longer. We recommend replacing intakes at the end of every race season on air cooled bikes.
