2014年2月27日 · The 82 is legandary for its motor, but I prefered the 83, with an 82 head. The suspension on the 83 was much better stock, and had way more potential. Bottom line, keep everything fresh, and find an 82 head.

I'm calling it a 1982 just because that's what you're saying the bike is, even though the 1982 RM had a black frame (that you say has been painted blue). By the way, the Suzuki model year code letters around that time period were: X = 1981. Z = 1982. D = 1983

I picked it up yesterday from the second owner that has owned it since '86. The seller said the original owner trail rode it a couple of times and he put another 25-30 hours of trail riding on it over the years.
