The 83 Hoover Criminals Gang (83HCG) also known as Eight Tray Hoover Criminals Gang and formerly known as 83 Hoover Crips, are an active African-American street gang located on the West Side of South Los Angeles, California. The Eight Tray Hoover Criminals Gang are considered the largest sub-set under larger Hoover Criminals Gang umbrella.

The 83 Hoovers, also known as 83 HCG or Eight Tray Hoovers, are a mostly Black gang based in South Los Angeles along South Hoover Avenue. They're sometimes called "The Rascals" and are seen as the biggest group within the Hoover Criminals Gang.

Sometimes referred to as "The Rascals", the 83 Hoover Criminal Gang is considered the largest and most active Hoover set. They have no known allies outside of the Hoover Criminals umbrella though they are friendly with the Shotgun Crips and 83 Gangster Crips.
