2009年8月8日 · Suzuki DR125 cause it was cheap as a buddy bike. It runs, needs a few parts. But I'd like to know as much as you do about these little machines. Specifically, what does it share with the SP series and the modern DRZ series, cause it looks engine wise to be darn near identical to my kid's 2006 DRZ125. Did it have a battery - I don't think so.

Suzuki DR125 was a dual-purpose machine released at the same time as the DR250. It was equipped with a newly developed 125cc 4-stroke air-cooled single-cylinder SOHC engine in a newly designed lightweight diamond frame.

The DR125S was presented as a 1982-year's model, suitable as an entry-level enduro bike. As for some other DR models, the DR125 available in different versions. At first, there were the pure trail version, DR125, with no license plate holder or mirrors, and the DR125S, a street-legal version of the same bike.
