2008年5月7日 · I picked up a 2 hour '92 YZ250 and used it for two years. The '92 was MXA's 250 of the year and overall a really stable bike. Much like the modern bikes, the best mod I made was to set the suspension up correctly.

The owner paid for the cylinder to be replated and bought a Namura piston for it before giving up. I've tried to be very economical and reuse whatever I can along the way. It is getting close!

2008年4月1日 · Its power is surprisingly strong compared to my 02 YZ250. A tad slower with a narrower powerband. I actually prefer the 92 at times if the track isnt littered with big jumps because the frame and suspension are so much more forgiving.
