2011年4月17日 · The harmonic balancer (crank pulley or vibration damper) on my 93 Jeep Cherokee slid off an inch and replacing with a NAPA aftermarket; Is the center bolt 19 mm or 3/4 inch? Haynes recommends using 5/16 x 1 1/2 inch bolts in the damper holes to prevent rotation.

2008年6月3日 · My son's XJ will intermittently run rough/stall. He says it happens when it is warmed up, and goes to coast, push in the clutch, the CEL comes on and it will stall. Turning the Jeep off and on will turn off the CEL. So I told him to go by advanced and get the codes to start with. He climbed under the dash and can find nowhere to plug in the reader.

2010年2月5日 · I thought it was the blower motor first, I also have a 91 xj for parts, I pulled out that blower motor, it was running just fine in that jeep, and put it into my 93, nothing happened, it didn't work. So, to check something else, I put my origional blower from the 93, into my parts 91, and it worked just fine.

2018年10月1日 · I have a 93 Jeep xj, tach says 245k miles but the previous owner said they did a motor swap at some point. Anyway she has develop a slight knock and it’s pushing smoke through my dipstick, oil fill cap etc... would like to rebuild it as I plan to keep my Jeep for as long as I can make it...

2009年10月20日 · The '93 XJ 4.0L oil adapter is 53020080, the bolt with the hex head is 53020237, and the oil filter connector fitting to the adapter is 53007563. This was the first year that changed to the SAE thread, so the late oil filters will work (Wix 51515, etc).

2007年3月4日 · We have pulled the engines from both vehicles and "I think" ready to install the new engine into the 93 Cherokee. We have put the intake from the 93 engine and installled the distributor. Question 1 : My son wants to use the exhaust off of the 2001 Cherokee because it is bigger and his is rusted out on his 93. Will the exhaust work?
