2022年11月26日 · For me, when I got to my unit after AIT, me and another 94F were basically doing 91B/mechanic work, since they didn't have anything for us to do specific to our MOS. As for where you're stationed, if you don't get it in your contract before you leave for basic, you're needs of the army (most likely to an armor unit).

2022年6月7日 · Anyone have experience or advice in getting into the computer systems repair or anything similar. I’m looking to enlist I spoke with a recruiter today and he said my pre test scores are looking pretty high and I could get a mos working with or on computers and electronics since that’s what I’m more interested in but if I don’t get that high of a score I’ll go with technical ...

2017年3月28日 · Actually I just looked it up on FMSWeb, they are actually coded to specific MOS's. So yes Drill Sergeant is MOS immaterial but it's not coded that way. Anything outside of nominative positions won't be MOS immaterial since just due to the way requisitions for the enlisted side go. There's no 01A or 02A equivalent for enlisted.

Re-classing to 94F : r/army - Reddit
2022年8月16日 · Plenty to learn. 94F is an easy gig, but promotion can be annoying. I recommend going airborne, if not already. Being a 94F in SOF > being a 94F in a conventional unit. Currently, I work at BDE level facility, supporting 5 BNs and I only have myself, and one other 94F for all the NVGs. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions man.

2021年3月7日 · I’m not trying talk you out of the MOS but look at the possible promotion path for whatever career path you choose. You can also think about reclassing if you get stuck at E5 but that’s subject to reenlisting and vacancies. Another thing to look at is 948B Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer.

2019年12月22日 · 94F is a little baby MOS (source: am baby). I don’t think any of the 94 series MOSs really prepare you for component removal and repair. Can you look in to one of the 68 series MOSs that deal with electronics? I know 68A handles a lot of troubleshooting and diagnostics for medical equipment, not sure how much they actually fix though.

2021年5月14日 · 94F spend most of their time purging and serving night vision equipment. It’s cool if you want to do the same exact thing every day, but civilians are not running up and getting their night vision goggles serviced. 35T deals with intelligence systems. So you get a top secret clearance with it. 25B is tier 1 help desk.
