2009年5月8日 · Well I finally finished installing my AVIC-F90BT in my 1997 S10. I really didn't do much research on installing a DD radio in a 97 before I ordered the headunit. It seemed to me that there was plenty of room for a DD to fit and somebody must make a kit to do it. Well I soon found out I was very wrong about that.

2013年8月4日 · Hi. This is my first S10 Build so i got a lot of questions. The truck is a 97 ext cab step-side with a 4.3l 5 speed. I am wanting to got up to a 5.7l vortec. Without losing my ac cruise control etc. what is the easiest way to do this. please and thanks for any help.

2012年10月9日 · Also it is a good idea to check your local library. Here in Grand Forks County, North Dakota there is a complete auto repair reference center. It has all makes and models and years with repair information, wiring diagrams, and others. I have used it for my 2002 S10 2.2L and for my (unmentionable) SUV.

2020年7月28日 · My 97 S10 failed State emissions testing because their computer could not communicate with mine. Inspector checked the fuses and they were all good. My bluetooth elm & torque app showed live data. Took to another test station and same result, no communication. I've checked fuses, wiring, and disconnected what modules I can get access to.
