Customer: 99 GS300 has a loud 'diesel' rattling sound at startup, it goes quiet when put in to Drive. The noise goes away if the revs are raised. The noise goes away if the revs are raised. After driving for a few minutes, when the engine is fully warm gradually the noise returns when the car is slowed and the engine revs drop idle in drive.
