2011年8月20日 · I'm assembling a 2000 R6 (from spares parts, i've never seen it assembled) and i'm having some problems with the ignition timing. I realized that the sparks are not synchronized with the pistons TDC and i have to adjust the ignition timing but i do not know how to do this.

2019年8月9日 · pull the chain tight on the opposite side of the tensioner, wrap it over the exhaust cam then over the intake cam. this should be right where it needs to be. double check the timing marks. install the tensioner. from the sounds of it you may have the timing 180 degrees out if you can't rotate the engine by hand several times without it stopping.
