The 997.2 features the brand's PDK automatic transmission for smoother, faster shifting along with updated bumpers and more driver-friendly interiors. The 997.1 features an electronically controlled all-wheel drive system and 3.6L Mezger engine.

2025年2月4日 · Engine damage can occur (per the engineers at AMG) if the flame is shadowed because the plug wasn't oriented properly. In other words, use only the specified MB plug that has the electrode geometry aligned with the start of the threads and make sure the torque is set exactly. The 997 plugs have 4 bridges to minimize shadowing affect.

2025年2月7日 · I went from a 996 to a 997 to a 991. I loved the 996 and the 997, but the 991 platform is in a different league. The first thing that I noticed was the improved ride quality and the solid feeling of the 991 chassis. The 991 is absolutely “planted” and stable in corners, much more than the 996/997 cars.
