2019年4月20日 · Hi there, my motherboard sometimes won’t post with sticks in a2-b2. The only way to remedy is to reseat the ram. So I’ve had them sitting in a1-b1, no problems at all and everything looks fine.

2021年8月11日 · Generally speaking any two DIMM slots will function, but since most motherboards nowadays use daisy chain design for memory slots and dual channel, the best performance is probably going to be in slots 2 and 4, aka A2 and B2. 2022年11月1日 · The manual for that board (page 26) recommends A2+B2 for a 2 stick kit, which is the usual 2nd and 4th slots counting from the CPU socket. Technically A1+B1 should work the same but some boards will complain and show error screens if you try to run a kit like that without also having sticks in A2+B2.

2020年12月22日 · After a few minutes of reading the manual and troubleshooting I was able to get it to boot by removing the RAM from B1 & B2 slots and only using the other 2 or just one of them. And when setting the memory profile to 3600MHz, only the A2 slot would remain functional. A1 would also give me an orange led with a black screen.
