Jan 24, 2024 · TLDR: US pucks (AC 1304) and UK pucks (AC 1304) are not compatible with each other. There are no obvious clear marking on the pucks. They do have different support numbers printed on the base though..... It would be nice if the app told you this was the issue - it's taken me around 10 hours and a fair dose of luck to get there.
