4 天之前 · The ACR strongly recommends using the services of a qualified medical physicist for the image quality control portion of your phantom submission. After your new or renewal application is processed, an online testing packet will be activated which will contain all clinical and phantom data forms required for accreditation review.

4 天之前 · All ACR-accredited CT facilities and those applying for accreditation must maintain a documented QC program and must comply with the minimum frequencies of testing outlined in the 2012 ACR CT QC manual, revised edition (2017). CT sites applying for the first time or renewing will receive an electronic copy of the manual via email.
