The Anomaly Classification System (ACS) is a classification system created by the Classification Committee of the SCP Foundation, as it was determined that simply using an Object Class for SCP objects was not enough to ascertain their containment priority or danger.

Risk Class refers to the severity of an anomaly's effects on an individual person and how easily one can recover from it. This is the "Protect" part of "Secure, Contain, Protect." When considering the Risk Class of an object, ask yourself these questions: 1.How easily can individuals recover, if at all? 2.How severe are the effects?
