Your burst damage but also self peel is insane. You have some amount of skill expression with R / W, yeah, but... they're not that mechanically difficult lol.

His tanking abilities was amazing, he had his own shield, Frozen heart as one of the options and his pre-rework ult reduced damage on him, just like Alistar's Amongst normal ADCs im sure Ezreal can be very durable with Frozen Heart amongst his core items.

Adc has gotten weaker every season since the protect the kog days way back when. The irony is that as ADCs have gotten weaker, adc mains have become more convinced theyre the true carry. As ADC, your power level is contingent upon your ally supp so you’re at the mercy of their will. Yes all your concerns about adc not following up or grouping are valid, but you still have a great amount of impact early to mid game through roaming, assisting your ally jungler with invades, and winning through deep wards.

But What I can say is that other than Vayne, every adc on the list can get fucked up by a good assassin player or, simply put, another adc. Vayne is a lategame monster not only because of her insane dmg but because she is nigh impossible to kill.
