You can download a copy of your Certificate of Registration as a PDF document: Login to online services. You will be directed to the practitioner home page. Click on the 'Download registration certificate' link below your registration details (view example). Your current Certificate of Registration will be displayed as a PDF document.

To apply for or renew your registration, create, or log in to, your Ahpra practitioner portal and start an application. All our registration and application forms are now online. The process will be easier, faster, and more secure.

Ahpra registers health practitioners in Australia. We only register people who have the skills and qualifications to provide competent and ethical care. Registered health practitioners must confirm each year that they meet the standards for registration.
