2010年7月15日 · Just as other similar AKG phones, the K280 fits my head more or less perfectly. Although those are big phones that weigh a bit, I can wear them for hours with only little fatigue and they feel spacious and "airy". Same goes for their sound: It is nicely detailled, bass is good, treble slightly rolled off.

2010年7月15日 · As it turned out, the K280 is a good complement to the other AKGs I have, a K271 Studio and a K240 Monitor. So it is K271 for long days in the studio, K240 for general listening and K280 for practice on my digital piano.

When the cable broke, I contacted the German AKG distributor and it was then that I found out that there is a full service documentation and spare part supply for AKG's high quality headphones. That's what really sparked my curiosity

2007年2月26日 · The K280's are a little unconventional sounding, not really like any other AKG's I've tried. They tend to be a little too bassy in my opinion. I can't elaborate further as this is from memory, from when I had someone else's pair for an extended time. I do own a pair of balanced K280's which I haven't used yet. It's really oddly wired.

2010年8月23日 · Thus, the K290 has significantly more bass when used in stereo mode (I prefer the K280's more neutral sound). According to AKG's service documents (aren't those great?), the disc is the same on K280 and K290 (2381 Z 1101) but different on the K270 (2381 Z 0104). The ones on the K290 and K270 still look the same to me, but who knows...

2009年4月24日 · what about the mids? Raising the pads and adding extra foam like that should change the sound for better or worse. You might just try getting new K240 pads from AKG

2011年2月22日 · Vocals sound warm, natural and placed right where they should be. Very representative of the recording. I am beginning to see what the famous "akg mids" are all about. The soundstage is large, as most people have stated. However soundstage isn't exaggerated unlike some headphones (k702 for me). It just seems accurate.
