2019年12月6日 · I installed the newest AMD driver, win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.1.3-jan20, and the 30hz problem returned. The fix/workaround was to completely uninstall AMD drivers and use the Windows Update driver instead. I'm on Windows 10 version 2004 OS build 19041.21.

2024年12月25日 · The R9 380 is from 2015 and is end-of-life, the 22.6.1 is the last Windows driver version available. It does support DirectX 12 but only 12.0 not the latest revision 12.2 from 2020. This is a hardware limitation, updated drivers would not help.
