Will the time spent previously count towards the residency requirement (22/33mo)? Or does the clock reset? You need to wait for 21/33 months to get a PR, since you have exceed 6 months/1year in case Blue card outside Germany.

2022年4月26日 · Since I have heard of people having problems when they show a vaccination card which was issued outside the EC I'd like to inform you that foreign vaccinations can easily be transcripted into a digital vaccination certificate of the EC. The only condition is that you have received a vaccine which is also accepted in Germany. Currently these are Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Johnson ...
