2015年11月6日 · Since I downloaded Windows 10 when I go to AOL Mail it no longer says "You've Got Mail" through my speakers. I have no problem with other sounds coming through, it is just the mail sound in AOL. I do miss that. When I am in a different screen it always would let me know when mail arrived by saying "You've Got Mail".

I get no sounds for the normal AOL actions like "you've got mail". I have no problem with Window system sounds and music plays fine on iTunes, You Tube, etc. I can locate the sound files and they seem to be in the right place. When I access one of these .wav files a window appears as if the sound is playing but no sound is generated.
