Aug 1, 2002 · Does anyone know for sure what cooler and pipes I will need? The PD150 engine codes are ARL & BTB. The ARL EGR cooler is 038131513G -- this one. The AHU cooler is 038131513 (with no suffix). Note that the inlets are clocked differently.

This includes everything (at least for now,) including the vacuum-power EGR setup and piping. Unfortunately, I need to pass Readiness since I live in an area that does emissions testing and my tags are expired.

Apr 22, 2022 · On my Toyota I have just inserted a small cut to size sheet of copper between the exhaust manifold and the EGR pipe to the same effect. You have to look hard to see it. I want to know if it's necessary to blank it off... or if it's like the ASZ, that can be simply be disabled by blocking the pipe and deleted by a remap.
