2018年10月19日 · I hate tapping too. Especially fast tapping. I don’t understand where that came from or who really loves it. I think most people enjoy the quiet relaxing aspects of ASMR, and vigorous tapping is just not that. There are so many creators that I can’t watch because of all the crazy fast tapping.

Honestly, ASMR channels have ruined ASMR for me - it's all a massive turn-off and irritating, because for me it's only the unintentional ASMR that works. And now, of course the channels have been titling things as unintentional, and it's really irritating! All the weird whispering, scratching and role-playing etc I find really annoying.

2017年8月27日 · Visual triggers are my jam, so that impatient-seeming tapping, with one finger after another so it sort of looks like a wave is great for me, especially with nail colors that pop. I prefer soft drumming with finger pads to tapping with nails, too. Not many current ASMR-tists do this style of tapping though...

2023年1月22日 · I suppose it's an individual preference but it really gets on my nerves when ASMR-tists are tapping on an object and then decide to make tongue clicking sounds and mouth sounds while doing it. I'm trying to focus on the sound of the object and you're interrupting it with your mouth noises!!!
