2016年11月25日 · I've had this now for a few months and it is an awesome engine. I use a m'cdonald (sonic tronic) 5 cyl glow driver as with all radials the bottom cylinders tend to drop out at low speeds. A 1600 milliamp 4.8 v. battery will drive the glow driver for about 22 - 25 min.

2007年1月5日 · I've experimented with a few different electronic on-board glow drivers with mixed results. I've used an Indy R/C EGAS switch (sort of works if you double the recommended battery voltage), a McDaniel multi-cylinder and an Intelligent glow driver from South Herts models. The Intelligent one worked the best so far but isn't exactly cheap.
