ASU is mobile-first for identification. Students utilizing on-campus services, faculty, and staff must complete the form below to request access to their ASU Mobile ID in the ASU Mobile App. ASUrite authentication, linked below, is required to access the form.
Your ASU ID - kb
ASU requires all on-campus students, employees and qualifying university affiliates to obtain an official ASU ID. The ASU ID can be issued in either digital or physical form. Except for eligible new employees who may receive one ASU ID free of charge, Sun Devil Card Services sets the fee for issuing an ID or a replacement card.

Your ASU ID or affiliate number can be found on your Sun Card listed as a 10-digit number, or you can login to My ASU and look under ID’s on the My Profile tab.

Identification cards for children and adults are available at any MVD office or Authorized Third Party Driver License provider. Begin your application online. ADOT recommends that all children have an Arizona ID Card.
