2018年1月23日 · Toyota's Type T-IV is just Mobil 3309 ATF in a Toyota-labelled bottle. It's not the same as Dexron III/Mercon aka Dex/Merc. That said, it isn't the greatest ATF and lots of people have gone with Valvoline Maxlife instead, since it's a full synthetic ATF that says it meets the requirements of Toyota Type T-IV.

These Aisin AW transmissions are used in CERTAIN domestic and foreign vehicles, including Toyota, Lexus, Audi, Saturn, Ford, Volvo, Volkswagen, Saab, Porsche, and Mitsubishi.

First time I used Maxlife Import Multi-Vehicle with no problem (5+ quarts), no change in shifting, etc. But Maxlife Multi-Vehicle is not an exact T-IV substitute. It's a multi-purpose fluid. So most recent change I used Idemitsu TLS which is an affordable EXACT T-IV substitute. 5 quarts $28.

Kinda inferior to a lot of newer synthetics on the market now, but nothing wrong if you want to go with OEM. Other members like the Valvoline Maxlife ATF, which the label shows suitable for T-IV and WS.

2006年4月4日 · The dino Toyota T-IV is Mobil-3309, at least in the US. In Europe I think Mobil sells under the Esso brand name. You can start with www.mobil.com The WS I think is a fully synthetic ATF with a low cold viscosity. In the US, Walmart stores sell a multi-vehicle ATF that's said to be compatible except it does not meet the cold viscosity requirement.
