Santa Fe No. 5021 is a Class 5011 2-10-4 Texas type steam locomotive built in 1944 by Baldwin locomotive works for the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway. It is currently on display at the California State Railroad Museum.

Four of the class 5011 locomotives were preserved by the AT&SF for museums, with the remainder being scrapped. The four preserved locomotives are: #5011 — at the National Museum of Transportation, Kirkwood, Missouri. #5021 — at the California State Railroad Museum, Sacramento, California. #5030 — at Salvador Perez Park, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

There are five surviving AT&SF "Texas" type locomotives: * 5000 - "Madam Queen" is at the Railroad Artifacts Preservation Society in Amarillo, TX. * 5011 - Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, MO. * 5017 - National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, WI. * 5021 - North of the California State Railroad Museum Shop, Sacramento, CA.

Southern Pacific 5021 is an SP-2 class 4-10-2 steam locomotive built in 1926 by ALCO at their Schenectady, New York, shops. It is the only member of this class of SP locomotives to be preserved, and it is one of only five three-cylinder locomotives preserved in North America.

2022年5月3日 · ATSF Texan 5021 was retired from service in 1959, Saved by the AT-SF as part of their heritage fleet at Belen, NM, 5021 only moved out of the Belen Roundhouse once a month to keep her axles and pistons lubricated. After only 13 years her boiler went cold and her wheels never ran under her own steam again.
