Santa Fe 5034 and 8770 roll a westbound through Collier, CA at the west end of Franklin Canyon. Back in 1985, Caltrans had worked with the Santa Fe to complete a bridge over the new Highway 4, but today, Collier siding has been extended over the freeway as well and a second bridge was thrown up over Highway 4.

2020年5月24日 · I’m thinking of building a ATSF 2-10-4 number 5034 that ran on the Santa Fe. The model I would like to build was built in 1944 by Baldwin locomotive Works. This was the last 2-10-4 version built. This version has 74 inch drivers, similar to a 4-8-4 Northern.
