2020年12月9日 · I’ve decided to go for a power amp, preamp (with the pass through) and cheaper AVR. idea is that the setup will give me excellent music and I can swap out the AVR when new formats come along at little cost. So far Ive got the Denon 4500 (got it Feb before 4700) and a second hand bryston 9bst Power amp. The Denon is only tolerable for music.

2023年6月22日 · Don't forget that the AVR will let you assign 7.x.4 or 7.x.5 without using an external stereo amp for HEIGHT 2 or FRONTS. All it will do is only provide amplification for 9 channels at any one time. Quick off topic note, it would always need external amp for TOP SURROUND if you wish to use 5 height speakers.

Recently changed to the X4800H and I'm not allowed to keep 2 It's in fantastic condition (see photos) and will come in the new box with a new Audyssey microphone/stand/stickers along with the original remote and power cable.
