ABT invites you to train online with our esteemed faculty and ABT dancers. With our Adult Ballet Classes, you can take class from anywhere in the world. All classes will take place on Zoom and class times are listed in the Eastern Time Zone (New York).

ABT’s National Training Curriculum assists beginning through advanced teachers in training dance students to use their bodies correctly by focusing on kinetics, coordination, anatomy, and proper body alignment.

Classes listed on our schedule as ABT® Examination Classes are by invitation. Students are advised that they must take the recommended number of ballet technique classes that correspond to their level in order to be examined. Students must be the age listed upon entry into level, not by the date of examination.

ABT invites you to train with members of ABT’s esteemed faculty at the Company’s 890 Broadway Studios in New York City. Take class with the instructors that teach dancers in the main Company, ABT Studio Company, and the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. A new faculty member will be spotlighted each month.

The ABT Summer Intensive focuses on developing well-rounded dancers through exposure to a wide variety of disciplines with an emphasis on classical ballet technique and key elements of ABT’s National Training Curriculum.
