2015年4月27日 · This is an all-original and all-matching Walther AC 44 P-38 9mm pistol complete with an original 1944 dated German military-issue P-38 holster and correct extra magazine. The P-38 pistol was Nazi Germany's replacement for the P-08 Luger, it was faster and cheaper to produce, as well as capable of double-action firing on the first round.

It was made by a Czechoslovakian sheet metal producer named Erste Nordbohmische Metallwarenfabrik and was intended to supplement the supply made for Walther (AC) and Mauser (byf) P38 pistols at the height of the war effort.

2007年10月10日 · The ac44 code means that it was built at the Walther plant in 1944. Notice the finish. The outside is very rough and not polished. Therefore the blueing is very faded. Factory blueing needs a polished surface for a long lasting deep blue, however since 1943 the Germans were desperate to cut corners to speed up production.

2013年2月20日 · I have a matching number P38 AC44 code. I have original holster ( have not seen this holster and seems to have no marks but I'm certain it was with it) , both original clips with markings, and both certificates where it was certified as capture equipment and released as personal property from the european theater on oct 13 1945.

Unfortunately, his identity is lost to history. The rifle has an excellent bore, all matching serial numbers and the original sling. The receiver is marked G43 (Model Number), 7791i (serial number in the “i” block), ac 44 (Walther 1944). The bolt carrier is stamped “7191) and all of the internal bolt parts are matching “191” number.
