Less than a week ago, I logged on and was unable to open my microsoft office, chrome or adobe programs. The error messge, "This app can't run on your PC" popped up instead. I have attempted restore and recovery, and it won't allow me to do that. I message pops up and says, "Reset your PC. There was a problem reseting your PC. No changes were made."

When I press the start button, the fan starts spinning and the on light comes on. However, it does not turn on the LCD screen or give VGA video on an external monitor. I've already tried removing the peripherals, SSD, and even cleaning the RAM connectors, but still won't starting up.

2022年5月18日 · I like [playing with old technology and recently acquired an old Acer Aspire one N214. It has minimum memory and an HDD and I want to get in to update it as far as I can. Can I repeat that I do this for FUN! I have removed all the screws from the bottom of the machine but I can't seem to open it and there appears to be no other way in.
