2020年4月7日 · The average speed you have to maintain on the bike is incredibly rough for most unless you are specifically training for it. Current bike standard is a joke, the ACFT bike is not. I have done the row at a 25min pace and it was actually painfully slow... just chill out and pull a 2:25 pace and you will be bored.
