Montelukast is indicated for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma and for prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction and for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis in adults and pediatric patients. Adults (15 years of age or over): One 10 mg tablet daily in the evening.
