2010年8月24日 · Due to weather conditions at Lukla, the aircraft was returning to Kathmandu, but crashed near Shikharpur, Nepal, about 50 miles (80 km) from Kathmandu. All three crew members and 11 passengers were killed. This was the 10th crash of a Dornier 228 that resulted in the death of at least one airline passenger.
