Philippe Streiff had a horrible accident in this car during a pre-season test at Rio in 1989. The crash was so fierce even the roll bar was broken. Also the rescue and medical care were not sufficient. The crash left Streiff quadriplegic and he could only spent his life on a wheelchair.
