自身免疫性溶血性贫血 (autoimmune hemolytic anemia，AIHA)是红细胞自身抗体与红细胞结合，联合或不联合补体，导致红细胞破坏加速、寿命缩短引发的获得性溶血性贫血。 根据红细胞自身抗体与红细胞的最佳反应温度，AIHA可以分为温抗体型AIHA (warm AIHA，wAIHA)，冷抗体型AIHA (cold AIHA，cAIHA)及温、冷双抗体混合型AIHA。
