2024年11月5日 · The standard MRO’s including the post 89k models have significant parallax. Using one with a magnifier would make it worse. The only MRO that supposedly has fixed the parallax issue are the HD models.. Besides, while a “crisper” dot seems aesthetically appealing, you should be looking at the target not the dot.
Trijicon MRO vs Aimpoint Pro > Optics, Mounts, and Sights
2020年12月31日 · I zeroed my Trijicon MRO at 200 yards and could shoot 4" ten shot groups centered on target if I took care to to keep the dot in the center of the viewing window. My nephew was on leave (Designated Marksman with 187-3 101st Airborne) and shot 20 rounds at 200 and didn't even hit the paper on a NRA 200 yard center.

2020年10月10日 · Exactly this. If the aimpoint window was bigger it would have more parallax as well. Not saying the mro couldn't be better but it's not apples to apples. I want to like the mro, but my astigmatism prevents that. Its lighter, sleeker, and a larger window than the aimpoint. The aimpoint pro is a hog compared to the mro, but my eyes agree with it ...

2021年2月17日 · And MRO’s are $420 brand new. But that’s without the mount. So unless you’re outfitting a company, buying a single optic for self defense is very affordable. And if you’re weird like me, you buy most things used. A used Aim-point Pro/MRO with mount will be even cheaper.

2025年2月1日 · HOWEVER, the MRO absolutely suffers from significant parallax issues, which for many is a deal breaker. My SHTF guns have an Aimpoint and an Eotech.
HELP: Trijicon MRO or Aimpoint T-2 on Unity Tactical Fast Micro …
2021年10月14日 · My specific thoughts are contained in the above thread. In summary the T2 is the better choice. If you are using the RDS correctly the FOV is a non issue. The parallax is much worse on the MRO. I can’t comment on NV. There is no real reticle, just a dot. The T2 dot is better to my eye. The MRO does have a bit of blue tint and mild distortion.
