2013年5月5日 · Airfix probably found every stencil on this thing inside and out and included it. The decal sheet is massive for something that has virtually no markings. I only put on the more visible stencils and I still probably have 200 decals left over.

2019年2月2日 · Airfix of course represents the very small undercarriage indicators in the kit, but the “T” antennas (about 3 times bigger) went unnoticed. (They had a very close look at the aircraft!) One can look in the spares box or some left overs on other photoetch sets for the “T” antennas or there is still the option of scratch building them ...

2015年3月26日 · This isn't really a diorama, but it doesn't 'fit' anywhere else. The kit is the Airfix Control Tower and it comes with three figures, no windows and and empty interior. I added "glass' to the windows, blacking out those on the first two floors. I also added checkered linoleum in the controllers area on the top floor.

2019年2月2日 · Sand down Airfix’s feeble attempt, polish the surface and add a brand new antenna, scratch from a stretched sprue with detailing. There should be a circular service panel next to the antenna on left front part of the panel.
