2007年4月24日 · Aisin is the only ATF that labels itself as "Type WS" as does the Toyota WS. I pay $7.25 for Toyota WS at Lexus dealer and 4.50 for Toyota T-IV. Check with some Toyota dealers in your area.

2020年7月13日 · Turns out Aisin WS and Toyota WS are very different! The most glaring difference is viscosity. Aisin: 34.88 cst @40C / 7.332 cst @100C Toyota: 23cst @40C / 5.45cst @100C. The ingredients are a little different as well, though I'm not entirely sure what they all are. The flash points are about the same (174/175) which seems kind of low to me?

2022年2月23日 · I wouldn't expect Toyota WS and Aisin ATF0WS to have much difference if they both met WS specs. Aisin is a Toyota Group company anyway.

2022年1月23日 · Toyota WS fluid is a little expensive and hard to find online but Aisin "WS" fluid "specially formulated for foreign cars designed for WS fluid" is pretty easy to get. Is this truly identical to Toyota WS fluid? Or is it not, and I may as well use Maxlife afterall?

As you know, these are Aisin transmission s, not made by VW, that should be perfectly happy with any correctly specified Aisin fluid. 2023年6月8日 · The A750F transmission used in FJ Cruisers was designed to use a special low-viscosity ATF, Toyota Type WS. Aisin AFW meets the specifications for Dexron III, Toyota T-III and Toyota T-IV lubricants. Aisin AFW does not meet the Toyota specifications for Type WS fluid.

Aisin type WS ("World Standard") fluid is the factory fill ATF for modern 6- and 8-speed Aisin-Warner automatic transmissions, including the TF-80 and TG-81 used in many late-model Volvos.
