2013年2月13日 · Just picked up this AKAI GX255, in very good condition. The unit is working great after cleaning the heads, switches and pots. Even at 3-3/4 I can’t hear the difference between source and tape. The problem that I have with this deck is a higher playback level on the left channel in reverse.

2010年9月10日 · I have an Akai GX-255 that I inherited a while ago. It has not been used for almost 20 years but was stored in a temp controlled area and is in excellent cosmetic condition. All controls, the transport, and electronics appear to be working perfectly as well with a single minor exception.
